Moreno is an architecture office based in Luxembourg, engaged in numerous large-scale projects. For most of their work, they aim to produce architecture with strong environmental resilience by integrating contextual studies into the design process. Etudes F collaborates with Moreno’s design team by developing analysis and optimization processes, delivering solutions that benefit both the project and its surroundings.

Through this collaboration, the goal is to establish a seamless workflow between Etudes F’s expertise and Moreno’s design team, integrating data-driven analytical methods to guide and evaluate design options. These studies are primarily applied during the early design phases and cover a wide range of scales and topics, from office daylight autonomy to urban CFD wind simulations.

Recently, using data compiled by A2M Brussels, the team has been developing a workflow to simulate future urban district temperatures by incorporating climate projections for the coming decades (up to 2080). Moreno now aims to implement this workflow across all their urban design projects.
